From time to time in these application forms they will present you with criteria and they will require you to explain how you feel you meet these criteria. Some application forms will just have a big blank space for you to fill in, and the employer will wanting you to impress them! Make sure you think carefully about all the skills you have attained over the years, and take your time to answer the questions completely. Draft out an answer first, a re-write it as necessary.
