How Practical Is It For Businesses To Permit Workers To Work From Home To Comply With Their Requirements On Flexible Working Regulations?

The number of regulations which affect the employment sector is enormous and continues to grow. There appears to have been a constant flow of new laws, guidelines and directives which encompass wages, working conditions, discrimination and diversity, to list just a few. This has caused not only a costly burden of administration on companies but also the threat that they might overlook one or more of the changes and find themselves being taken to court or an industrial tribunal.
