I have to deem myself to be a very lucky person. Though I don’t have the spoilt existence of sunshine, yachts, villas, exotic parties and private jets, I must say that I have an existence that it would be very tricky hard to argue against.

The main root for this is simple. I am in the position where I am fortunate enough to Work From Home. Both my present and previous Online Jobs have allowed me the option to do this and when I finished my previous job I was not looking forward to the likelihood of to an office environment, but fortuitously that hasn’t happened, and I hope never will.

As things have panned out, the fact that I do Work From Home has meant that recent trials and tribulations have not had an overly adverse effect on my workmassive fright and meant that we suddenly faced an upheaval in our lives.

However, when we needed to go to get the results of the initial biopsy and the following surgery and follow up appointments, I had the full. If I was doing the same job in an office location as opposed to being a person working for myself through an Internet Business I would have had to decide whether it was better losing money or losing important time with my wife while I made up the time missed. That’s a hard option that I’m glad I didn’t have to make.

As a result of the surgery, Deb is unable to drive for at least three weeks and so when I need to go to pick my son up from nursery (I have always taken him) I can do that with just a small change to my daily timetable.

My last work was also with an Internet Business and it was then I first had the option to Work From Home and although it took practice, I rapidly got the hang of it and settled into the best way of working I’ve ever known.

Imagine the situation on a freezing morning in February as you look out of the office window on an unpromising sky with the radio reporting traffic chaos as a result of a heavy overnight frost and your response is “Yes, and? Nothing to worry me!” and go downstairs to make another cup of tea.

There are difficulties. It’s not diffucult to get distracted when some ordinary matter of ordinary life pops up. Realising that the grass needs cutting is one thing, acting immediately on it is quite another. A strict discipline must be imposed and kept to. There is no reason whatever to go into the living room (unless it’s your place of work) and the same goes also for most rooms in the home or apartment. Anything that is not part of the working day must be ignored.

The workplace should be a workplace. The best way to perform Online Jobs you would have a spare room which can be altered into an office space. When apparent to everybody that except under extreme circumstances you are away from home.

At the start of the day, it is important to have an idea of what the tasks of the day are. Time management is key and a timetable, whether remembered or written down, is necessary to keep the attention focused more than you would need in an ordinary office environment. There are exceptions of course, such as having a convalescing spouse who can’t carry things about and needs assistance, or appointments to attend. But when these things occur, it is an easy task just to alter the time and carry on.
