The good thing about this type of workout is that it allows time for your other muscles to recover. This also means that you get your sleep guys. Sleep is the number one time when muscles grow and repair themselves after a tough muscle tearing workout.
However, keep in mind that the muscle building program given is designed for beginners and is thus not as detailed as the ones you should be following. This is just a guide.
