Suggested Hemorrhoids Treatment
Here are some ways to treat hemorrhoids naturally:
Diet for avoiding constipation
The main reason for the occurrence of hemorrhoids is constipation. To prevent constipation, you must take a fiber-rich diet that will soften your stools and make them bulky. Fibrous items in your diet could include beans, cabbage, sprouts, carrots, vegetables and fruits, whole grains and bran cereals. Non-fibrous items like wheat, cheese, sugar, ice cream, processed foods, and meat should be avoided.
Consuming more fruits and vegetables will strengthen the rectum arteries and prevent worsening of the hemorrhoids. This is mainly because the chemicals important for strengthening the blood vessels walls - Anthocyanidins and Pythochemicals - exist in the vegetables and fruits.
Drink lots of water
One important reason for hemorrhoids is constipation and you can control constipation by drinking lots of water every day. The hemorrhoids will worsen if you eat chili peppers or consume alcohol.
Anti-itch diet
Hemorrhoids can have itching effects if the acid level in your stools is high and hence you must reduce the acid content. Therefore, avoid intake of soda, citrus fruits as well as its juices, beer, wine, etc. Coffee and caffeinated products cause flatulence, reduction in pressure of the anal sphincter, and increase in sensitivity of the anal skin.
Dietary supplements, tea and medication
Herbal teas not only increase your metabolism but also help in getting rid of toxins in the body thereby strengthening the arteries. The herbal items - butcher’s broom, barberry, neem, horse chestnut extract, Slippery Elm, Psyllium, Witch Hazel and White Oak Bark - are the most popular ones. Herbs can also be applied externally on the affected areas. The most popular one in this category is Aloe Vera, which in the form of gel is useful for soothing and cooling.
Bath
This treatment improves the blood circulation in the area affected so that the pain and swelling are reduced; the patient takes a warm water bath in a tub by letting the hips and buttocks into the warm water. In this treatment, the patient takes bath in warm water bathtub covering the buttocks and hips; this will increase the circulation of blood in that area thereby reducing the discomfort and swelling.
Exercise for breathing
Lie down flat on your back, take a deep breath moving your belly up and then breathe out lifting the anus. Continue for a period of 15 minutes, two times a day.
Regular exercises
The blood circulation increases with proper exercise and this improves the bowel movement preventing hemorrhoids development. Obesity causes hemorrhoids development and you can prevent this by regular workouts.
The above best Hemorrhoids treatment that I can think of. Hope that it helps.
