Your Health And Life is affected massively by your emotions and thoughts. Poor sleep can arise from day to day stressful experiences such as; having to deal with a difficult client, paying bills and having a heavy workload. Stress can cause tension and restlessness and coupled with thoughts of worry, make it difficult for sleep to come at night.

Most of us have experienced a night of sleeplessness when we just can’t seem to switch our brains off. If you try not to think of a pink elephant, you’ll probably think of one. Try and forget a song that you’ve been singing all day and you’ll have a task on your hands. When you start to will yourself to sleep then you’ve got a potential sleep problem developing. Sleep isn’t governed by the conscious mind; it’s supposed to happen naturally.
