It was just recently that a group of Hutchinson Hospital board members and local physicians met for the annual planning session. The meeting came to the conclusion that they should focus on doctor recruitment. The concern with Recruitment has become a national issue. Bigger cities are preferred by doctors and the next choice would be smaller communities. The results of these decisions can weigh a lot on the smallest communities

Many residents of Huntingdon County have known for some time that the community needs doctors, it is only recently that they began to consider that doctors also need the community. Actually it is essential that they present the community as an attractive, desirable place to live. New physicians want to be assured that they and their families will find good schools, adequate housing, friendly neighbors, and other cultural, recreational and social opportunities to fulfill their needs. Bringing doctors to rural areas have been a big priority of medical staff, board of trustees, and administration of the JC Blair Memorial Hospital.

Her children require her to take more leaves than her male counterparts so this lady doctor does not like the pompous way they behave with her. It’s no new thing she says because she has always felt the same feeling from them from right in the beginning.

There is no way that she is going to feel apologetic about this. Being a member of the female pediatric group ensures that she doesn’t have to. Smaller practice groups are at its best use by females. Their schedules are in their own hands now. More resources relating to the theme of medical jobs are at doctor jobs.

All About The Hays Medical Center

The year 2008 was busy for Hays Medical Center or HMC. They recruited Seven new employees have been recruited that year. In the director of medical staff development opinion it has been fun. Back in 2007 as well seven new physicians began work. The new employees included two interventional cardiologists, two pediatricians, a general surgeon and an orthopedic surgeon.

Rural Nurses Head To Kansas City

The nursing staff of the Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital (in Ulysses), now has the option to experience the latest in nursing at the Medical Center of University of Kansas. With the initiation of the program started at the Kansas city hospital, the nurses who worked in rural hospitals with few patients are now finding work in the University of Kansas Medical Center for short stints. This program has a twofold benefit which allows the nurses to work with numerous cases they have seldom come across at the medical centre which benefits in turn as it is short of nurses.
